Amy Aldrich Headshot50x62.jpgAmy Aldrich is a Product Specialist with Jack Henry & Associates, Inc., specializing in internet banking, bill pay, and mobile banking products.   Prior to joining Jack Henry  5 ½  years ago, Amy  worked in commercial lending, new business development, and as a staff accountant at a community bank in Kansas City, Missouri.   She has been active in the banking industry for over ten years.  Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Banking from the University of Missouri-Columbia.


KCrumbley_50x50.jpgKaren Crumbley is a Product Manager within the IT Regulatory Compliance department of Gladiator Technology, a ProfitStars Solution.  Karen boasts over 12 years of experience in the banking industry.    Her key duties at Gladiator include providing consulting assistance to financial institution clients concerning regulatory compliance initiatives and information security awareness training.


BDahlman_50x50.jpgBrad Dahlman is the Product Manager for the Relationship Profitability Management (RPM) application. In this role he provides product direction and directly overseas all aspects of product delivery. He often speaks to clients and prospects and those in the financial services community about the importance and uses for Relationship Profitability. The combination of his previous experiences helps him bring "real world" applications into the use of Relationship Profitability.

Brad has a broad background in banking and has held various positions in finance, audit, operations and technology with several mid-sized community banks. His most recent banking position was Senior Vice President of Operations and Technology at three community banks in the Minneapolis/St Paul community.


DaveFoss_50x50.jpgDave Foss is President of ProfitStars. He is responsible for sales and operations of the current ProfitStars solutions, and for the integration of other acquired companies into the ProfitStars suite of solutions.

Dave began his career in 1985 at NCR as a systems engineer installing and supporting core and ancillary banking solutions. He joined Advanced Computer Systems (ACS) in 1989 as a sales manager where he marketed banking solutions to community banks in the upper Midwest. In 1993 Dave left community banking for a few years to become BancTec’s vice president of Professional Services and later vice president of Operations managing large remittance processing solutions. In 1999 he arranged the sale of BancTec’s community banking division to Jack Henry & Associates and joined the company at that time.


Maury Green is the Director of Bank Sales for ProfitStars Commercial Lending Solutions division.  In this role, Maury oversees seven Bank Sales Executives that provide lending solutions to 6,000 banks across the country.  Prior to assuming this role, Maury spent 7 years as the Western Regional Manager for ProfitStars managing six Business Development Managers and oversaw 75 licensed banks. 
 
Maury joined ProfitStars with 20+ years of experience in commercial lending and executive banking positions with both national and community banks.  While in banking, Maury successfully operated ProfitStars Business Manager Program at two different banks.  In addition to his bank positions, Maury was also National Sales Manager with two different companies that worked with CEOs and Senior Loan Officers of community banks across the United States, providing them with effective loan decision software solutions.
  BrandonKunz_50x50.jpgBrandon Kunz is Manager of Product Strategy and Marketing at ProfitStars. Brandon is responsible for managing all aspects of market assessment, strategic planning, product direction and go-to-market programs related to the company's check imaging and deposit automation solutions. Brandon brings over a dozen years experience in enterprise and small business software solutions to ProfitStars, and has previously held leadership positions in product management, marketing and sales at S1 Corporation and Sybase, Inc. Brandon holds an MBA in Marketing and Technology Management from the University of Utah, David Eccles School of Business and is a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP.)

JackieMarshall_50x50.jpgJackie Marshall is Director of IT Regulatory Compliance for Gladiator Technology, a ProfitStars solution. She is responsible for developing and maintaining IT regulatory/compliance-oriented products and services for financial institutions throughout the nation. With more than 24 years of business experience in the financial services industry, Jackie has extensive knowledge of IT regulatory compliance. As a recognized expert, she skillfully guides clients through state and federal compliance regulations, industry standards, and audit recommendations for IT and security issues.

She is actively involved in various industry councils, currently serving on the NACHA Communications and Marketing Advisory Group and as Vice-Chair of the NACHA Internet Council. Deborah is a frequent speaker at national and regional conferences, and contributes to a wide variety of magazines and trade publications. Her industry experience includes serving as director of marketing and member services at SWACHA - The Electronic Payments Resource and as vice president of marketing for a large transaction processing company. Deborah earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Northwestern University and a certificate in executive leadership from Cornell University.


moland50x50.jpgKevin Moland manages remote deposit and payment products for ProfitStars, a Jack Henry company, where he brings to bear nearly three decades of experience designing online financial applications. Early in his career, Kevin managed bank operations for community financial institutions, specializing in back-office processing systems and electronic banking programs. Since joining the financial software industry in 1993, Kevin has been a key player in the online services revolution, providing product direction and software design oversight for some of the nation’s premier online banking and commercial payment vendors. Kevin serves as a faculty member for the Southwest Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University, and he has been a featured speaker at conferences, seminars, and user group meetings throughout the United States.


ChrisSutherland_50x50.jpgChris Sutherland is a Network Engineer with Matrix Network Services, a solution backed by the strength of ProfitStars.  Chris boasts more than 8 years of IT experience.  His primary responsibilities focus upon providing customer assistance from the initial contract signing through successful implementation, as well as support of day-to-day operations for customers.


PatTrue_50x50.jpgPatrick True is Risk Manager, Lending Solutions Division.  Patrick is a 25 year veteran of the financial industry.  He started his career with Commerce Union Bank in 1986 as a commercial lending officer.  As Commerce Union eventually became Bank of America, Pat managed portfolios up to $100 million dollars as well as central underwriting functions for the bank’s Tennessee small business and SBA lending units. He is a graduate of Belmont University with a master’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University. Pat began his current position in 1995 and now serves as a Risk Manager for ProfitStars’ commercial lending solutions.  He is the author of numerous banking journal articles as well as a motivational book recalling eight years he worked as a riverboat pilot on the Cumberland River prior to his banking career.
